The Enerdyne Solutions' engineering team has pioneered numerous innovative approaches to the development, thermal testing, and fabrication of LMA and PCMA-based thermal management products resulting in eleven awarded US patents. Our staff has presented several peer-reviewed papers at various industry workshops and conferences including IMAPS/ATW and InterPACK.

US Department of Defense (AFRL, NAVAIR, DARPA, MDA) thermal management programs comprise a key segment of Enerdyne's business activities with specialized applications including satellites and directed energy weapons.
