Thermal Interface Solutions

The Indigo family of Thermal Interface Solutions (TIMs) is a pioneering approach to TIMs. Unlike typical TIMs which have been generically available in a tube, syringe, or sheet, Indigo TIMs are optimized for each processor type or high heat flux component, thereby delivering the highest performance of any TIM in the world.

Indigo TIMs are Engineered Thermal Interfaces (ETIs), comprised of advanced Phase Change Metallic Alloys (PCMA) and proven deployment structures. Unlike greases, pastes, and pads, the Indigo ETI is a self-contained and sealed structure, deploying the optimal quantity of alloy between the CPU and cooler.
